| Britax Roundabout Car Seat |
The Roundabout is a great car seat to take on planes. It fits into the seat well and is narrow enough to roll down the aisle of the plane when using the Go Go Kidz Travelmate!
My son has slept many hours on overnight international flights resting his head on the soft side panels. I have also used the Traveling Toddler with this car seat, and the two fit nicely strapped onto luggage.

| Radian 80 Convertible Car Seat |
| This car seat is made with a steel alloy frame, and offers more shoulder room and leg support when compared to other car seats. It fits three across in a car which makes it great for multiples. It also folds flat for easy travel and storage. The Radian is unique in that it can be folded in half and carried like
a backpack or slung over the shoulder with the carrying straps.
It is great for installing in the airplane seats since it is narrow and
takes up a lot less room than most car seats.
It also fit on the seat of a stroller for pushing through the airport
when my son was busy on his Trunki!

| Disposable Seat Protector |
| These waterproof pads will save you from washing your child's car seat cover which can be very inconvenient and can alter the safety rating of a car seat if it is difficult to re-assemble your child's car seat cover on the seat. The Disposable Piddle Protectors come in a handy 4 pack. |

| Go Go Kidz Universal Travelmate Car Seat Trolley |
The Go-Go Kidz has taken the work out of transporting the car seat through the airport. Many people stop us in the airport to ask where we purchased this product. It actually can be wheeled right to your seat!
Depending on the size of the plane (width of the aisles) and the width of your car seat, the Go -Go Kidz can be wheeled right down the aisle to your seat! I found the Britax Roundabout car seat to work great with this and the Britax Marathon to be too wide to roll down the aisle. |

| Tote a Tot |
| Slide the Tote A Tot over your suitcases handle and loop the Tote A Tot's straps through your child's car seat and snap the buckles into place. Tighten straps and you're off - your child, the car seat, the carry on bag and as a bonus there is a backpack portion to the Tote A Tot that will carry all the items that you need easy access to; diapers, bottles, wipes, snacks etc. The Tote A Tot works with all forward facing car seats and all standard carry on rolling suitcases. |

Traveling Toddler |
This small strap attaches the car seat onto a suitcase by securing the long tether car seat strap over the top of the suitcase, while using the Latch hooks to secure it on the sides.
It is easy to set up and carries the car seat conveniently with your luggage. My toddler was not in the mood to sit in it though when I tested it out through our house and in that case it is not the sturdiest option – I would probably only use this with him in it if he was calm and wanting to sit quietly. In the airport, I used the Two in One Harness Buddy to keep my son close, and the Traveling Toddler for hauling the car seat and our bags.
It does need to be taken apart before getting on the plane, but it is simple to use and an economical option!
This small strap fits easily into a pocket when not in use.
And of course, if you are wanting a safe alternative to taking the car seat on planes, check out the FAA approved CARES harness for those children 22-44lbs.!

Wheelie Car Seat Bag |
| When using the CARES harness for keeping your 22-44lb. child safe, you need something to protect the "checked baggage" car seat. The checked baggage area of planes is NOT a sanitary one - and a bag such as this not only protects your car seat in flight, it protects your back during transport! |

| Baby Bjorn Active Carrier with Lumbar Support |
| I have not had the opportunity to try the Active Carrier, but I believe it offers more lumbar support than the city carrier – which would have been nice especially as my son got older and weighed more. (see review for Baby Bjorn City Carrier) I have since found the ERGO baby carrier to offer more options and be wonderful on the back! |

| Baby Bjorn City Carrier |
| I absolutely loved the Baby Bjorn that we had for my son. Hands free travel is great and having him snuggled in next to me gave us both a feeling of calm. Especially when he flew as a newborn, I found this to be a great way to protect him from all of the germs on hands of well meaning, but not always health conscious strangers that wanted to touch him. Check out the Active Carrier for more Lumbar support and the ERGO baby carrier as my new favorite carrier. |

| Ergo Baby Carrier |
| Yes, this really does work, and works well with 35 lb. children! I was a doubter – but was pleasantly surprised that this carrier allowed me to carry my 2 ½ year old son on my back or in front, without feeling strain on my back or shoulders. And my son is held – not by the crotch like in other carriers, but in a sitting position with his legs at a 90 degree angle. He was comfortable, I was comfortable – and many times he slept for hours in the carrier as we walked around Europe. (Yes, sometimes jet lag is a blessing!)
There is a small pocket which contains a cloth head support. See the carrier in use below – no more heads slumped while sleeping!

| Ergo Baby Carrier Infant Insert |
| This is a specially padded and shaped cushion that fits into the baby carrier worn on the front. This baby accessory was designed to extend the life of the baby carrier to serve you and your baby as soon as you would like the assistance of a carrier. This way you only need to buy one carrier that will assist you through all the stages of your baby's development. It can be quickly and easily placed in the carrier and be readjusted or folded to pad just the right places for your infant. |

| Moby Wrap |
I have talked to many, many mothers who looked so comfortable with their content baby inside a wrap. Recently in Hawaii, I spoke with a traveling grandma who said her daughter was asked about it ALL the time, so much that she was thinking of printing out some information about it to hand out!
These look very versatile and babies always seem happy and many times are sleeping in them. This can be great for the breastfeeding mother, to offer privacy in public areas of the airport. |

| CARES Harness |
I cannot say enough about what a difference this 1 lb. invention has made for us. No more lugging bulky car seats through the airport and down the aisle of planes. No more frantically trying to install the car seat into seats that were not designed to support them, getting my hands stuck in the process. The CARES (child aviation restraint system) harness is so easy to use; my toddler actually buckles it himself! This is a great investment – even for those who don’t fly frequently.
It can be used for children age 1 and older weighing 22-44lbs. It comes with a convenient carrying case.
I was concerned at first that my son would not be as comfortable and able to sleep like he was in his Roundabout Car Seat. However, as you can see from the photo below, a well placed pillow and he is actually more comfortable as he has more flexibility with his leg position.
Did I mention how much I LOVE this product? I can honestly say that the CARES harness made the biggest difference in flying with my toddler! Less is best!
CARES has now been approved in the US, UK, Singapore,
Australia, New Zealand and Canada.
CARES is approved by the FAA, weighs only 1 pound and fits all airplane seats.

| Inglesina Trip Umbrella Stroller |
The Inglesina Trip is made for travel. I was a huge Maclaren fan and still really like
the lightweight, rugged Quest stroller. However, this year I decided to try out the Inglesina
Trip for our European vacation.
As far as being lightweight, the Inglesina Trip runs neck and neck with the Maclaren Quest (12.2lbs.)
being a couple pounds lighter than the Trip (14.5lbs.)
The Inglesina Trip seems to be a bit more comfortable since the seat is wider. The wheels are larger
on the Inglesina, but I have found them both to be quite durable.
As far as price, the Inglesina Trip is $179.99 compared to the more expensive Maclaren
Quest at $225 so there is that to consider.
The Maclaren Quest is rated to hold children up to 55lbs. where the Inglesina Trip
is rated up to only 45lbs.
So, I guess when you look at the comparison, I should be favoring the Inglesina Trip (except
for the slightly heavier weight and how much the child can weigh.) But have you ever
just really liked a product and found it hard to give it up even when something better
comes along?
Plus I have such great memories with this Maclaren Quest stroller! My sons first two
trips to Europe, using the rain cover in the Colosseum, strolling down the snow covered path
through the Christmas Market in Salzburg, Austria as well through my grandma's small German village
and so easy to get on and off all those German trains!
Oh the memories... well, ok I am taking the Inglesina on an Italian cruise in two weeks.
So I will then be in love with the Inglesina Trip I suppose, since
I will have fond memories of ports in the Mediterranean!
Either way - these two strollers are ranked high on my list of requirements for any trip
with a child.
Update - After using the Inglesina Trip stroller throughout Europe and
on our cruise down to Malta and Greece, I have to say that I do prefer the
Marlaren Quest over the Inglesina.
The black foam handle split open and had to be taped together on our
trip - this was after very little use.
The stroller does not seem to turn as easily as the Maclaren. It
felt bulkier and yet not as sturdy.
It is a good stroller in that the wide seat was nice and it did recline
to a good angle. The shade cover was larger and provided more cover
than the Maclaren Quest.
I also like that the handles are taller - nice for the taller parents!
So - overall I think it may be a personal choice which is preferred - the
Maclaren Quest or the Inglesina Trip. Both were light and very useful!

| Baby Trend Snap and Go Stroller Frame |
The Snap and Go is a great option for transporting the infant car seat. Remember that ALL
passengers should have their own seat on flights so that they are each buckled up for safety in
flight. That means that infants will need their car seat on the flight. (Using the
CARES harness is
not an option until they are 22lbs.)
This Snap and Go Stroller is great for on the go families and has smooth strolling wheels. With the
incredibly large basket underneath, carry on belongings fit great!

| Joovy Caboose Ultralight Stand on Tandem Stroller |
Traveling with two children - when one is an infant - can be
intimidating. Finding a stroller that pleases both older child
and covers the infant's needs is a necessity.
The Ultralight Joovy Caboose is a great stroller. The front seat
comes with an added component that holds an infant car seat
securely while facing toward the adult pushing the stroller.
The back "seat" is a flat ledge that an older child can sit on
or move back to stand on the foot ledge. My son also moved the seat
back to sit facing forward with his feet in the very large basket
below.
The sun canopy is one of the largest I have seen, providing great
shade for both passengers.
